Account Executive


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Timely preparation and submission of monthly financial accounts, management reports and financial analysis within deadlines
  • Maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance and good internal control
  • Liaise and with external auditors and statutory boards
  • Review and monitor day to day activities related to credit and collections payments
  • Preparations of budgets, forecast, cashflow management and tax related matters
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as when required by the management team

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI Advance level/degree in Accounting or ACCA equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of principle of accounting
  • Able to handle Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel worksheet
  • Preferably 2-3 years working experience in similar field
  • Good knowledge in computerize accounting
  • Able to use Xero Accounting Software
  • Candidate must be able to work in Puchong
  • Candidate must be independent, self-driven, discipline, and able to work with team
  • Must be able to start immediately
  • Working hour : 9.30pm - 6.30pm ( Monday - Friday)


Customer Service Representative


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound and place outbound calls.
  • Answer general customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, social media, including but not limited to returns, missing package claims, processing orders, shipping information, coupon adjustments, stores inquiries, follow up until inquiry is closed.
  • Assist customers with missing and lost packages opening claims with courier company as needed.
  • Investigate customer concerns about product depictions online, such as inaccurate images or product descriptions and making corrections as needed.
  • Manage customer including assisting customers with information regarding their order history, returned shipments, order status, and all other standard requests.
  • Assist with technical support with website problems, including talking customer through any difficulties, placing orders on behalf of customer when necessary and notifying e-commerce manager of recurring technical issues.
  • Work together regularly with the tech team to exchange and execute ideas on how to improve the flow of Offspring website.
  • Acquire a working knowledge of product lines, propose suitable products based on customers’ inquiries and be able to suggest alternate selections and upgrades, as needed.
  • Process consumer returns as needed.
  • Work to convert call and chat inquiries into sales.
  • Provide callers with accurate information and/or refers their requests to the appropriate department or responsible person.
  • Track any problems or complaints to final resolution within a designated time frame.
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Certification in relevant field
  • Required skill(s) - Proficiency, and able to write, read and communicate in English & Bahasa. Knowing mandarine is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
  • Preferably junior executive specializing in customer service or equivalent
  • Able to work as a team, proactive and discipline.
