Retail Merchandiser

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Determines call schedule by reviewing priorities with supervisor; discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
  • Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees; answering their questions; responding to special requests; describing product features.
  • Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
  • Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
  • Completes call report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products.
  • Helps field sales representatives with special promotions by setting-up displays at aisle ends; checking daily on special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
  • Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of supermarkets in assigned territory.
  • Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances merchandising and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Certificate in related field.

  • Require skills: sourcing and managing baby products related, natural and organic related knowledge is an added advantage.

Warehouse Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Packing and fulfilling orders according to invoice/packing list before shipping out to customers
  • Loading and unloading of goods
  • Perform stock count from time to time and maintain inventory level
  • Packing, check/inspection of goods to be sent for every parcel
  • Checking & Inspection of returned goods
  • Performed duties as assigned
  • Ensure warehouse is in clean, hygienic and neat condition
  • Drive van for stocks delivery to outlets (Possess a driving license class D)


  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) experience of driving a van and handling of deliveries
  • Non-executives specializing in logistic/supply chain or equivalent.

Account & Finance Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • To perform day-to-day transaction processing and ensure accuracy completeness
  • To monitor company operational cashflow and perform forecast
  • To prepare quarterly cashflow, forecast and debtors collectors
  • To prepare several KPIs report and monthly presentation slides to report to management
  • To handle full set of account reconcilation
  • Coordinate with external auditors for company's auditing
  • Preparation of bank reconcilation, debtor, creditor reconcilation
  • Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts
  • Prepare tax estimation , returns & fillings


  • Candidate must possess at least a LCCI (Advanced) or Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountacy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in related field is required for this position, preferably in retail and ecommerce
  • Candidate with full set of account experience has advantage with Quickbook system
  • Well verse with Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
